ADP Workforce Now On the Go® allows me to keep track of their time and from there its straight forward to process payroll. The next tile is the Pay Code Summary. This breaks the hours down by regular hours, overtime hours, missed meal break awards, and things like holidays and vacation. Click on the plus sign and a menu will fly in from the right.

Can ADP time and attendance software help me manage overtime?

From here you will be able to select the plan you need to work on by clicking on the Plan. If an employee is eligible to be added to a plan, you can select the checkbox next to their name. You can also add a starting balance at the same time if needed. When you’re ready, click on Confirm & Add. The fields needed to be entered for a quick shift. The department field is optional.

Usually, automatic Holidays are only awarded for exempt employees, also known as salary employees. However, you may choose to award non-exempt employees instead. Or select all employees to award to everybody. It’s common for employees to accrue approximately 1.5 hours of PTO each week, which equates to two weeks, or 10 business days, of PTO annually. However, employers must always determine the accrual rate that works best for their organization.

In this example, we are using Annual Allowance for Salary employees. We can also enter the amount of 40 hours. Then click Next. This will bring up the Review screen from when you added the plan.
